Break the Cycle was one of the very first mists Jessica Ash ever made. She made it for friends and family, and the pull people felt toward it was what started this whole business. It has been at the center of her work ever since.

Its potency comes from the essence of the Ancient Bristlecone Pine — some of the oldest living trees on earth, some reaching 9,000 years old. Jessica Ash first traveled to the White Mountains in the Eastern Sierras in 2017, where these trees grow above 10,000 feet, to sit with them and imprint their frequency into water, and she's been back twice since.

Nothing physical is harvested from these protected trees — what's captured is their energetic signature, their wisdom transferred into the essence. These trees don't reach their age in spite of their harsh environment — they reach it because of it. That resilience, that unshakeable rootedness — that is what this medicine carries.
